Finally I was Baptized...

There is a line from one of our songs we sing at Church, which is really appropriate…
“I offer all I have been through to use for your Glory”

Hi my name is Peter Andolfi some of you know me but most don’t. I have been coming to this church for a while on and off since 2003.

The Lord found me back in 1989, as a new Christian God opened up my life to all possibilities but still full transformation of faith was slow because I kept my a distance and held back things from God which he gave me in the very first place.

I married a girl who introduced me to this church in 2005.
In 2009 God gave us a son, Andrew and that was the start my ministry. We all have to give the next generation the things we lacked growing up. What I lacked growing up was a personal relationship with Christ. Introducing Jesus to my son has been very rewarding and extremely challenging. He is now eight years old and very intuitive and has asked me questions I was not ready to answer. My son has kept me in church because he was apart of the children Sunday school.

Last year I had a crisis of faith;
·      I questioned why I am doing all this; was is just doing this to give something to my son that I needed in my life to be stronger and prepare him.
·      Am giving the Lord just lip service; and just going for him and not myself to praise God…

I was absent from church from Thanksgiving of 2017 to Easter of 2018.

During that time the only constant practice in my life was reading the word to my son each night. This was the most important thing I had to do before and after paying bills and talking with my wife.

Something just before Easter was happening to me. I did not know what it was but it felt that the Lord was being pulled back, I felt as if I was on the cusp of something big. Back in church I found all the things that were stumbling blocks were gone or they were not as important to me.

The need to talk with Randy became greater.

I got the chance one afternoon on the 23 of may. During our conversation what came out was a fear of loosing my employment.

For my family’s survival I was worked two jobs for the past few years. 65 hours per week that was 13 hours a day. Even with all those worked hours I was able to be home to read Andrew the Bible each night.

On Monday June 4, 2018 my first job that I had my health insurance and all the benefits, I was let me go due to budget cuts.

That morning I felt something was wrong, So upon my arrival I prayed and read my Bible. When I received the text from my Director to meet him in HR office; I felt as if I was going to be let go. Why I don’t know I was always busy and was working my very hard. But I knew that it was over the closer I got to the HR office.
I was let go Budget cuts…
For some reason I was not crushed I was numb…
I instructed my director on all that need to be addressed in my department. I gave him the full run down on what needed to be taken care of.

How my conduct was had to be a effective wittiness to others, since most know me as a Christian. I did not want to disgrace the Lord by being angry and belligerent. I knew that business will run whether I am there or not.

I texted Randy to pray for me since I just lost my job. My next text to him was “ your question should be How much do you trust Jesus with this Peter?”

What I texted him next I texted him next was that God is going to save me and take me out of this so I can minister to others on how real Christ is and how he is working in my life.

It was a struggle and I suffered from doubt and felt as if I have let my family down but, in my heart of hearts I felt that God is going to save me from this mess I was in.

Each day was a test of faith I worked feverishly at the second Job but I could not really sit and talk with the boss about what he was doing to do with me. I was told I have to find another plan because I can’t connect with this guy.

Feeling down I stayed home instead of going out with my family and I put on the movie “Jesus of Nazareth” Something that was note worthy to me was when he was brought to the Romans to be put to death. Jesus told Pilot when he said, “don’t you know I have the power to make you live or be crucified, and Jesus told him, You have no power over him unless it was given to him from above” That’s when I realized that its not in anyone else hands but Jesus.

So God brought me to my knees and I prayed to God, telling him what was reveled to me. I realized I can’t do anything without Christ in my life. Trusting not just day by day but minute by minute.

On June 21 the opportunity at second Job became permanent and it is even better situation then before and I owe it all to Jesus!

Which made me know his presence in my life, so on August 19, 2018 I was Baptized along with my son Andrew.

I find that every situation you experience in life brings you closer to the understanding that we belong to something greater then we can ever grasp, God.

Three Basic Life Elements

This  morning I found myself dreaming about the university that I went to but I was finding in the dream that I was falling way be hind in three subjects, Math, English and Social Studies. I have dreamt this before a similar feeling walking into a class and having no point of reference to what is going on, or not going and knowing that I am falling behind. Something is going on...

I have been pretty good with analyzing me dreams and getting a good understanding of my nature and what is going on underneath this exterior. Math, English and Social Studies are the basic courses of academia so what I see in this dream is what are the three things that I am falling behind in...
Health, Craft and Career I think it is deeper then that. Three has to do with God and Gods promise... What about my promise to God? First of all I am a spiritual leader in my home. I have the hardest time with making the lord a habit  but should he be... I share with my son and talk about God with him but it has been over a year since I have been in my church. When they moved my son from one class to a younger class because he could not sit still and learn in Sunday School and I got no explanation. That was my last time I showed my face there I was given no reason and was annoyed.

I believe this is the root of my issue... I have not been in church or my face in the Bible.

God Help me mold me back into the man you need me to be...

Just a short thing not to bug ya!

Its wonderful how the Lord in his word show us the things he wants to show. I opened the Bible earlier to a place that was held probably about last year some time. Well my eyes were directed to one passage Pslam 130 that spoke to my very core.

I want to go back to church and bring that back into my family but because of my sons who has some special needs and being 4 he can sit for the time. I ask the Lord for a resolution...

My friend Dom is right I need to go back to church.

I ask God, his son Jesus and the holy spirt to bless all who read this tonight and I hope find his peace when they open the word. I ask it in Jesus's name...

I find this image to be fitting, just when the waters
are getting rough there is an open door...

A new beginning

I have now moved into a new how we have purchased. My life has been filled with all new pressures and hard work that has to be done along with maintenance. One of the great things is I have been read a daily devotional guide for Christian living each day but I still have not gotten my butt in church. Though The Lord has blessed my family many times over and I am doing my best to make his presence in my life more then before. The closer you want to get to the Lord the trials are harder and harder. But I trust that his work is not done in me and he will not leave me nor forsake me. Thank you Jesus for all the gifts you have given and all the one I don't see because its all apart of you plan.

The link above is for a movie on youtube that I suggest to watch it can be mind blowing. God Bless!

It just seems when all is falling apart

Well I have been having a hellish time at at work things just seem to be getting messed up at every step
I have been praying about this, but my sinful nature has been making it all bad all over. I have only one help and that is the Lord Jesus. I give him my relationships at work and give him my work, help me start working for him... Praise God we are breathing and turn it around this time correctly.

Open wide eyes...

I have been busy with life and find that I have not put the time into following or even read the Word. Since September I have been working a very difficult changeling position where it seems that I have to make my way through a forest  and  I can't see the path. But unfortunately I have been relining upon only myself to get through it all. This is not a way to live… I am not living the way God wants me to.  I see situations in my life unfurl and I react to them in bad ways I even show the bad action to others…Praise God! Today I can recognize that I am going down a bad path and have to refocus my life back to being on the path with God. I see the enemy wants to undue all the good in my life, but Praise God! He keeps my eyes open. Tonight I have to stop and focus on what I need to do. I will make my changes tonight. I will also not let myself loose my focus again. I will make my meeting with God each day again.  I will open my Bible again and you will hear from me more. Thanks for reading and your prayers. Peace!

I find my life is similar to what I just put together here in Photoshop the first we have no path, next we start to see the path, and finally it is so clear that we don't stumble. Holding on to Christ through reading the bible makes our paths clear.

PS 25:4 Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

PROV 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

IS 26:7 The way of the just is uprightness: thou, most upright, dost weigh the path of the just.

MT 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

It has been said that there are many paths to God lets pray that we get there before our expiration date...

God Bless!

A Person Against Their Will is of the Same Opinion Still...

"A person against their will is of the same opinion still..." These are the words of Mr. Dale Carnegie from his book "How to win Friends and Influence People" I made the attempt to read this in the 90's and found that many of his practices were always treating others with respect to their feelings as well as giving others what they worked for. It a book with really good concepts, I find when I am faced with someone who just believes something different then what I believe I am moved to inform them of this statement from Carnegie's book because its a nice way to stifle an argument when others who don't believe in God want to battle or debate with me. I just will not go there, I see the agenda and know where their coming from. I find it a hurt full thing to see how other disappoint me I expect so much more from a person who I can see how God has helped them. Well my days of casting my pearls among swine are over.

Lately I have been very far from the Lord but I see that he still is protecting me. For example this guy told me he has no belief in God (said this out of the clear blue) and when you die you die, I through back at him that "energy can not be destroyed nor created" so, his question to me was my essence is energy?  I told him yes and memory is energy as well and we in the end will all inherit the earth.  I heard him say something else about heaven and all the souls which I just avoided it all and said to him are you familiar with the statement "a person against their will is of the same opinion still," and he said nothing.  Then I said you have not read Dale Carnegie... thats when my friend (Supervisor) Dom called me away. This guy did not hear my conversation but called me at the right time. Yes God works and he protected me even when I am far from him. Praise him for all the good that he does in my life and the stuff that I am too blind to see.

It was one afternoon when I saw in the garden at work only one flower there and that was for my department because it was time for it to blossom. God brought my friend and I together to grow as Christians and to grow the department. Thank you Lord for my friend you gave me back and I pray to keep our relationship strong and our work together flawless. In Jesus name! This is the flower I saw my first week there...
